About the team
You will be part of a friendly, diverse and international team. We work in small groups each with a high degree of self-organization. We constantly evolve and redefine our development process based on our own ideas (see our blog post about it). Teaching and learning from each other is a very important part of our work. You will report to a team lead and have frequent 1-on-1 meetings with them (every week or every second week). Your team lead will be responsible for giving you feedback and helping you grow.
We work flexible hours and we allow working remotely part of the time. Some of the team members work four days per week and this is also an option that we can offer for you. In case you require a working visa we are happy to sponsor it.
